  • did some debadging today

I took off the front ss, rear bowtie, and side camaro emblems today.

I really like the cleaner look, and i'm still debating if i'm going to do the front bowtie delete or the blackout bowtie.

I'll post some pics once i wash it.

Cool. So, yours was new enough to not have the pins on the rear bowtie?

I might pull off the ss on the rear and put and old school ss where the bowtie was.

I was thinking about putting the badges on my wall in my office. Did you need some or something?

I took my front bowtie off recently, and its more my style. I cannot remove my rear bowtie due to holes. Glad to see someone who tried the side lettering removal, i am curious myself.

If you were goin to toss the camaro letters, I'm gonna be looking for some to use as Guinea pigs

It was pretty easy, i just used some fishing line to get the letters off, then 3m adhesive remover to get rid off the residue

I recently saw this- (instead of the old-school SS)

sparksrestorations.com has a variety of billet SS emblems for the rear to replace the bowtie, including all black ones and these polished/pc'ed ones
