Trip to dragstrip - memphis, TN december 21st..

So my wife's Turbo kit is almost done... and i am not very patient. Sooooooooo.....

If everything works out as planned. I should have the rig fully tuned by the weekend, and i am possibly driving down to memphis to get some 1/4 mile time results. So i thought i would reach out to any of those possibly interested in the hike.

From my home in hanover park, it is roughly an 8.5 hour hike pending traffic and weather. Call me crazy, but its been too long since i ran a 10 second pass

I didnt wanna put this in suggested meets as this is not a garunteed yet. Just a maybe.

Right now its in the 50's there. They had a successful T&T last week. So my fingers are crossed

It's a good cruise, I organized a Memphis cruise two years in a row and it was a good weekend cruise, stop at Beel street and have a drink for me at Wet Willies or BB Kings !

Seeing as how I am the Guinea pig for the mass production of this turbo kit. The best way to advertise and sell a kit is with results. So most people before dropping $6k+ plus on something want dyno numbers and 1/4 miles times.

Basically after I run the 1/4 mile. The Jeep will come back home. Taken apart. Everything will be mass produced. And we are selling mail order kits. Already have about 15 people with cash ready, pending results. That's the main reason for the journey

These trans's are very weak..so its.possible half way down the pass I lose the tranny. Should be a fun trip
