Will do. I plan to have my usual dash cam or a new helmet mount.

RA is a lot of fun.

I'm doubting many have or will.. Twisty events aren't really a big thing around here.. It's pretty much 1/4mi or shows/cruises.

There are some of us that road/auto-x, but not many.

Says the guy with a mile long build list...

I get that road course it way more $$$ than a trip to the old 1/4 mi.. and , for some, I can fully appreciate that cost factor..

Those of you with several grand in lights/chrome/paint/... I'm looking at you.. :P (you should race more... you might like it..) -- the trophies are bigger too!

To paraphrase comments I've seen about shows/cruises... "there should be at least 20 cars out for this!!!"

You mean a build list that is 1/4 mile long

I agree! Did my first autocross in Indy, now I'd love to try a road course! Needs some upgrades first I'm sure, but one day!

I probably could do like one event... but then couldnt afford to replace the brakes and tires after i was done lol.

But like you said dan... one day.

Throttle Modulation.. Keeps the brake wear down.. Or, just don't go to Road America a lot.

You could probably get an event or two our of Autobahn with the same pads, depending on how long you were there and how hard you drove.

You can get good lines and rotors for a reasonable price if you hunt close-outs and sales (which are coming up with the end of track season)... The only thing you'd really be sinking money on is the good pads and if you look around, you can find them.
