I need to check the cam 5 list, has anyone run a 10.9 with a manual?
Haha nice vid, my best passes were a 12.54@111.99 (1.93) and 12.56@111.27 (1.94). I had to leave off idle and still spun bad.
So I've given the 555R's about 8 tries and I think I can go on record and say that they were fine when I had a stock converter, but now I'm overpowering them. Track was pretty good last night, Frank one of the guys at GLD touched it up pretty often props to those guys.2010 Camaro SS/RS L99
13.15@106 1.95 stock
11.84@113 1.59 bolt-ons stock internal

And i agree with PSJ, they really stepped up the prep work on the line. A lot better than past visits for sure.

Syckss your really close to that 10! What rpm and gear are you in crossing the line? I still say you should get the 1le diff.
Psj 12.5 intake exhaust and converter?
But a 1LE will be too big of a gear. The biggest jump i could take would be a 3.70-73 gear.
I am actually waiting for the ZL1 rear end kit to be released officially. That would come with a 3.70 gear already in it.
and honestly after yesterday, I might keep the current 3.45 gear. I bumped up my launching RPM to 4000-4500.. and was building boost very quickly to the point where i was spinning off the line. When i did longer burnouts i had better results. Even hot lapped it once and got a pretty good 60ft with a little bit of spin.
I really think what will be beneficial is a V6 brake conversion in the rear so i can fit a 16in rim and slick on the back. then maybe i can sell my drag wheels to PSJ ;-)

PSJ went 12.37 with long tubes + cats, tune, air intake, u/d pulley and the 555R drag radials.
He now goes 12.5's with the same plus a 3200 stall that he cannot name due to it being covered in a magazine article late summer. But since he cannot hook he will have to run different tires because the car now leaves like he's on snow tires.

Tall sidewall slick I think would be nice on the first half of the track. Might want to browse some CorvetteForum threads, some of those guys have run slicks and ET Streets over the years. Rhino79 is running slicks too and V6 brakes out back.2010 Camaro SS/RS L99

I'm hoping my bonus is in my check this week and I'm picking up some Longtubes and lowering springs.
