I will post the link when I have access to a computer but it looks like if your vehicle is 2008 or newer, a toolbar is not required until running a 9.99 or 135mph.
So basically if you aren't running faster then a 10.00 or 135mph no rollbar needed! Woo hoo!
(Unless you have t-tops or convertable...then its a 13.49 technically)
