Well the wheels are $1600-1900 depending on hookup.

I think I can get into wheels/tires for ~$2500 for myself as a dealer.

A friend of mine will be at Indy LSX and he has a converter similar to one I am interested so Imma drive his car to check it out.

T-bone has headers, full exhaust and a tune. His car runs really good. Sounds nice also.

50? Don't think that foam is that heavy. There's no seat frame to speak of. I think that's why most don't take it out... Not enough gains

Just going by what I have read from those on C5 that have removed them and reported the weights.

Its something like 14 lbs for the backs, 20 lbs for the bottoms, and another 14 lbs for the seatbelts-brackets- harnesses. So about 48lbs is what everyone saying. I have not done it or tried myself.
