Ok, here are the detalis. Pretty nice night at the track. Of course, there was a 10 mph headwind... I dot think I have ever run a car there when I didnt have to fight the wind. Relatively cool night in the mid to low 70s.... Suprisingly, the track wasnt vey crowded. The rain did fall for about 15 minutes, shutting the track down at one point.

Soooo... The car ran 11.23 @ 123 with a 1.73 60'.... this was my final run of the night, and a little dew had settled on the track. The car sctually spun on the 2nd gear shift and the ass end jumped a bit to the left, which suprised me.. I stayed in it and, honestly, didnt expect anything out of that run, but it was my best of the night....

I made 3 runs. 11.44@ 119, 11.40 @ 121, 11.23 @ 123... Each run I tried something different out of the gate. on the last run, I held the rpms at 2000, and that seemed to work the best. The car kept running faster with each small change in launch technique.

Favorite part of the night was when I went up against a new GT 500 that was running Welds, skinnies and slicks... this was my first run of the night and first ever with the new combo, and of course the track guys made me run the right lane, which sucks ass.. Still pulled him, even though he 60'ed better..11.44 to this 11.62.. Made the night!!

So, overall I am really happy with the car. I think it has another tenth or two in it with better conditions and some tweaks on the launch. I think I may be at the limit of the little P1 Procharger, though. Even @ 7 psi it is a bit soft on the low end. I may end up going with the D1 upgrade here soon...

No worries, I think you have to be a member to get on the list, are you going to Indy?

                        Fixed.

Sounds good, do you manually shift the 4L80E?

Makes me want to jump ahead and do a blower.

Ha!!! too funny!!! yeah I thought of doing the F1..it will bolt right up to the brackets... I have a D1 on my other car so it would cost nothing to do that swap for the time being...

I do no shift the 4l... I have it shifting at 6400 and I am not locking the converter... more things I can play with next time out...
