Anyone have any interest in doing autocross? I'd like to do one. Drag is boring and road course can be expensive. I think we should have an autocross event.

Kyle,
Check out windycitymiataclub dot com. I was approached at Braconi's by a member and she informed me that they hold autocross events all the time for like 30 bucks and all are welcome.
T.The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my Track next fix.

You should try hsax. Done on a regular track, once around timed lap. I'm a member of NSSCC and we do those at Blackhawk Farms. Warm ups are done like hpde, but not as rough on the car. We have one in October at the Autobahn.
