That's no excuse! Scotty never has those installed unless asked by customer. That option is added to all vehicles that are delivered to dealers where front plates are required, by default. The thing comes in a bag in the trunk, it's a dealer installed option, not from assembly plant.

All front plate state cars COME with one in the truck, by GM. That's where they stay.

You should know better - I've sold 100+ Camaro's and never installed one...
