I presume they got your car all back together and you're good to go again?

I went there today and concur with huggerorange! They are top notch there. Fixed my folding seat levers on both sides and are ordering my new PDIM to fix its stupid bugs. My original dealer is great, just as friendly, but they told me they couldn't find the PDIM TSB so that annoyed me a little. I also talked to Kevin in the Performance Center. They are the real deal. They had a CTS-V in there getting an engine swap and new supercharger along with several vettes getting performance and appearance mods. I talked to them about items regarding tunes and they do it all. So if you want to keep your warranty of sorts, I'd definitely recommend checking these guys out. They won't be voiding any power-train warranty for any mods they install, that's for sure.

Does Mike provide taxi service to and from Libertyville? I may need a lift home from there soon.

I purchased mine from Libertyville...next time you go there, ask them about the "record time' in which they sold a Camaro...

I gave them 20 minutes to give me the keys to mine. I brought in a trade, a 2006 Infiniti G35 and told them it's my wife's car - she thinks I'm just getting an oil change - and they MUST get me on the road in 20 minutes, so she won't get suspicious.

They actually did have it in 25 minutes, out in the lot, with a full tank of gas. You should have seen them buzzing around to do it; it was on the showroom floor so they had to take the step blocks out to drive it into the parking lot. They apologized for it taking an extra five minutes to deliver it, saying they are required to fill the tank on delivery...had to drive it to a gas station to do that.

Then I called my wife on the way home, telling her "I'm driving a car that's callin' your name".

Long story short, I'm now driving the car. She took the keys to my Traverse and "traded".

            Waah waah huh!

http://www.bummlbe.com I got lucky with the IL tags.

They provide loaner cars if your car is in for service. I don't know what their policy is if you are getting performance mods, but I'd assume that they would be willing to give you a loaner because you're paying them to do the labor the same way you would as with service...

Libertyville Chevy replaced a window regulator and window motor in my SS and claimed the work was complete -- little did they tell me that post-repair the window no longer goes all the way up! They then had to completely redo this job, and wasted my time coming out.

What a joke, I have very low confidence in this shop from this experience. I mean if a window does not raise fully after a repair, why would you ignore that and call a customer to pickup their car?! Sloppy, disappointed.

Really upsets me to hear you had a poor repair job done here, I'am really interested in getting to bottom of these issues. You are right if something as basic as a window repair cannot be completed without issues I need to find out who was involved.
Please help me make the corrections by sending me your info so I can bust out some whoop as@..
                      Thanks.

Beware of their out of warranty charges! Cost $500 to replace a rusted gas filter on a 2003 GMC truck. Service manager was supposed to follow up on my complaint but never followed through!

What's with that? Afraid I'll break it if I force it too much too.
