Instead of buying a new car I decided to update the one I already have.

So the next step was to drop the car and all of the new Carbon parts that I received from Nathan (G5R) at Show Stoppers in St Charles, IL.

of course this hood is on my wish list.

Okay so we are up to date and the Car was delivered to Show Stoppers in St Charles.

One thing I really loved on the new Z28 is the Wickerbill.

Below are a few pics of the Aerosports Wickerbill on the Seibon Carbon Fiber ZL1 rear Spoiler

Test fitting the new rear diffuser.

Did I tell you guys how much I love this rear spoiler combo.

My goal is to give the car a completely new look. In order to do that the stripes need to be removed from the hood, front fascia, deck lid and rear spoiler. Also it was an easy way to remove the chips from last years Power Tour.

I am also excited that I will be removing the mail slot block off plate.

and of course remove all of the factory ground effects. Anyone looking for a complete set they need a little work but the price is cheap ?

Quick pictures of the beautiful carbon rockers getting some finish work.

I wanted to keep the Hood & Deck lid for Garage Art.

The guys at ShowStoppers fitting the rear diffuser.

mind you this is just a dry fit.

Since the front end is off I might as well install the JDP Motorsports tow hook.

            cleared and ready to install

Next up painting the new Deck Lid

An easy high impact paint detail that changes the look of the front end.

Last minute decision Nathan convinced me we need to go all the way and add the hood. I have a pretty cool idea for the new stripe and I can't wait to see it painted.

            the rockers.........

Since the rear ground effects were glued on we decided to re-paint the rear cover.

Sneak peek of the front fascia

The rear cover is being re-sprayed because the GM ground effects where glued on and when Pete tried to remove
them we lost a little paint.

Then there is the hood and I looked at ton's of different stripes and I wanted something a little different then what everyone
else was doing. I hope you guys like the final picture as much as I do.

Stepping back and admiring the work the guys at Show Stopper did.

The Underside of the hood is finished to OE specs and the factory underhood insulation snaps right in.

Picked up the car this morning and wow am I happy.

I can't thank the guys at G5 Carbon enough for making the Carbon Fiber happen for the Camaro. It has totally
transformed the look of my car and it's like having a new car.

                    I also want to thank,

Paul at Need4Speed for offering the new MR228 Wheels as they complete the look I was going after.

The Guys at Aerosports Concept for offering the Wicker Bill which completed the look.

Tyler and the guys and gals at JDP Motorsports for the Tow Hook, Stainless Works Exhaust, Cats and Headers.

DEI for the Tranny tunnel heat Shield and the Sound Deadening in the trunk.

Gen5DIY for being a one stop for all of the ZL1 conversion parts for the rear diffuser and the ZL1 Grille

Emblem Pro's for making the one off Grille emblem ( should be here soon )

Show Stoppers for the Paint, Bodywork and installation of the G5 Carbon Parts.

Bill & Scott at Super Car Performance for installing the suspension, rear brakes last year.

and finally Victor Fulton for the putting my thoughts to paper and doing the rendering. (ps Victor we need to update the hood part, sorry)

Without all of these guys my car would still be sitting in my garage and all of the parts would still be in my Warehouse.

Better pictures tomorrow morning as I plan to shoot the car before as the sun is coming up.

Thank you again to all who have helped me get this Car Transformed and ready once again last minute for this years Power Tour.

After the Power Tour the plan is to install the Stainless Works Exhaust, Pulley and get the motor tuned and see if we can get 650hp out of the car.

Install the Harness Bar, Recaro seats, ZL1 Shifter, and the Kicker Sub Box.

The Wish list would be to have a set of red factory seat belts made for the car and it will be complete.
