You got me in trouble with my wife. I started browsing the web to do the same thing today. Figured I would get my insurance guy to give me a quote on the SS so I could stop dreaming and get back to reality. He gets back to me and says my policy would drop $80 for a 6 month policy if I got an SS. Made no sense to me, but didn't stop me from explaining that we'll save money by getting an SS! She wasn't liking my story.
