1st. annual C5G member appreciation BBQ/ July club meeting

Keep the date of Sunday July 25th open. That is the tentative date for the BBQ. We will have everything finalized in the next couple days. It will be at a park with a playground so bring out the family. C5G will provide hotdogs, burgers, soda and water to all paid members. If we could get members to bring something small like potato salad or chips that would be great. We will have bags, wiffle ball and a football. This is a way to get together with the whole family and have fun. If your not a member, that's ok. We just ask for $15 to attend to help offset the cost of food. If you pay for membership before or during the BBQ it will be free to you and your family plus you get a free t-shirt! We need a list of attending so we know how much food to buy and if you can bring something. You can contact me, any other co-chair or moderators for questions.

Unfortunently Nancy and I won't be able to come. We are going to Sycamore that day with other people for their big car show. We had this planned since May.
