    Country donuts

    Elgin il

These are Vern's directions for those of you that have ever tried to follow Vern, well you know you may need a place to meet up down the road a few miles when he decides to actually pull over and say ,
"Hey where the hell is everybody" LMAO Now I just hope VERNO actually shows up or we may all get lost !

    But First Some Basic RULES to be followed by all Drivers;

    1) CNG does NOT support driving in excess of the posted speed limit on any function regardless what the guy or gal in front or behind you is doing. If you do so, you do so at your own risk and reflect negatively on the club as a whole to other traffic on the roadway. If you feel the speed of the vehicles around you are in excess of what your comfortable with, STOP and Exit the Cruise Safely and Finish it at your own pace.

    2) AVOID ANY SUDDEN CHANGES IN SPEED AND INDECISION, THEY CAUSE ACCIDENTS

    3) PAY ATTENTION! If you look down inside your car when you are in a convoy fiddling with something, by the time you look up, its too late!

    4) WEAR YOUR SEATBELT, No need to get pulled over for something like that and spoil your whole day.

    5) Be mindful, other traffic needs to get on and off the roadway, let them through to enter and exit.

    6) Be very respectful of the staff at any Eating establishment and their parking arrangements that you may visit while with the club.

    7) Be helpful to your fellow club members, If you see someone touching or reaching in a car that should not be, tell someone.

    8) Remember, your with a group, what you do reflects on us all.

Lunch at Topgolf would be Kool..

We could keep the start time at 11 am cruise until about 1pm with a potty stop and make our way to Naperville by about 130pm for lunch and a little golf.

So if this sounds like a fun Sunday (weather permitting) cruise.. go ahead and post your thoughts.

Hi - I won a package from JCR Motorsports for this weekend to go to the PWC race in Wisconsin. So I'm going to miss the 24th cruise unfortunately. Catch you at the next one!

Yep I had that up there on the calendar as an alternative gig, but no one would bite on that . that is a great event ! I have been there many times. Hotel rooms usually need to be booked a year in advance though if you do not want to do the three hour drive each way in one day. Enjoy !

So far we have 8 or 9 Camaros for our cruise.
All are welcome to join. Just be at Elgin Country Donuts before 11.
This is a spirited cruise like Bill mentioned but don***8217;t let that turn you off.
Nobody gets left behind. Just drive at your comfortable speed and enjoy.
                        Hope to see you there.

What a great day today for a cruise... we had 13 Camaros and 20 friends, The route that was taken was a great scenic cruise through towns like sycamore, maple park and others.
Vern did a great job leading and keeping everyone together, weather was perfect traffic was light.

                          Thanks to all who participated
