I'm sorry to report at this time, I have to cancel the event due to medical reasons. My vision quickly diminished due to advanced cataracts so I am unable to shoot or drive long distance at this time. Will run the event in the spring.

Wish I could go but based on only two other for sure attending I can't be traveling that far south on a holiday weekend. Too many family commitments that I should be addressing unless this turnout is considerable requiring my attention.

What a great day at Buffalo yesterday. My son and I got there around 9:30. We spent the first 90 minutes or so at the 100 yard rifle range sighting in my son's Rossi .17hmr.
We then shot his AR15 to make sure it was still sighted in properly.
We then went to the pit, we brought a bowling pin and about 18 golf balls to shoot at. I shot my Sig p938,Beretta Storm,Henry .22 Lever action, Rossi .22 pump.
I also shot the Colt Python in memory of my Dad who gave it to me shortly before he passed. I was only going to put a few rounds through it but ended up shooting 100 rounds, what a blast.lol.
We also shot the AR15 pistol my son built, that one attracted a little attention !!
After we left the pit we went down to the 50 yard rifle range for a while then packed up and left around 3:00. Had a great day. Probably burned a thousand -twelve hundred rounds.
Just a little FYI, they do sell ammo there and at very reasonable prices. They also rent several types of guns. They also had 2 food trucks there that day,I don't know if they do that every day or only certain days.
Hopefully the club can make it next year.
