Ok, I have never done a parade before so.....
We are supposed to buy candy to throw at the kids? What kind of candy? I assume chocolate is not a good idea since it would melt.
Where are we supposed to meet? It is only a week away now, and I need to pick up a passenger and figure out how long it will take me to get to the meet location.
I am guessing we are not supposed to play our radios in the parade? Or can I bring tunes with?Comment

Great question linc400, we just received all the paperwork today and will get all the instructions out by the end of the weekend. We have been told you can throw candy at the feet of the kids, but in the paperwork it says no to throwing candy, so we shall get this clarified early next week. Kind of candy is up to u.
We are meeting in the vicinity of Schaumburg rd west of rosella rd. Will have exact location posted at end of the weekend with all the info. Nothing said about playing the radio so I say play away..

In every parade they don't want kids running out into the road and getting run over so they want you to hand out the candy i.e. you need a good arm or a walker with you to hand it out .Comment
