I was just made aware of an event that's happening downtown Champaign tonight and tomorrow. It's called Blues-Brews-Barbeque with bands and such. It's held outdoors so Neil Street which runs right through town may be closed off once you get close to the downtown area. Just wanted to make you aware that you may have to go around the area to get to the motel and the show tomorrow.

Hey everyone! This is Carri, the founder of the MDA Show. I cant begin to tell you guys what this means to me. Freddie mentioned my love for camaros but this year means even more to me to be surrounded by them as next week marks the first time in 13 years i will be without a camaro as i am selling my 4th gen. This car show means so much to so many people and we have such a good time. I know C5G will take home alot of awards! We also have a special Memorial Award for a fellow camaro owner that lost his battle to cancer. This award is given out to someone who not only has a car Sam would love but also an individual that Sam would be proud to call a friend, someone who helps others and is an in general nice person. This award takes time to pick throughout the car show length. We also have best paint, engine, interior, hooters choice, campers choice, 3 participant vote, and top 3 judged in every class! We are at 37 pre registrations and also got word we could have around 50 camaros total!!! Thank you all again and thank you Freddie!!! We are headed as a group for the show to Hooters at 630 tonight. If we see anyone in the lot hanging out we will come say hi!!!

Thank you Carri, sorry to hear you sold yours, can't wait until tomorrow, I was one of the original C5G members that came down I think 4 years ago and haven't been able to make it back so I'm really looking forward to tomorrow
