For those who will be staying overnight, or late, my buddy is having a concert this night @ Daddios (a bar in downtown Bloomington)... I will be attending this, if anyone is interested... They will be playing from 10:15 - 11:15.... They are a 90's cover band, playing mostly Rock. There was talk of them throwing in a couple hip-hop songs, but I haven't heard anything yet...

There's a McDonalds just off the route 6 exit, problem with that place is its connected to a gas station and doesn't have a ton of parking. I am headed over that way today so I'll take a second look. Another option is to go to the mcdonalds in minooka. The minooka exit is the first exit west of 55 on 80, about 5 miles off of 55. Plenty of parking there, the plaza that its in is half empty.

This sounds like a good place to meet... What time were you thinking? I know I will need to clean my car when we get there so the earlier the better.

The Minooka parking lot has a mcdonalds and dunkin donuts, a variety to choose from. Directly across the street is a BP in case anyone needs to fill up for the ride.

I would suggest meeting up at 8 or 8:30 to get on the road at 8:45 to arrive at 11am in Clinton. google maps is saying 2hr 10 minutes to clinton from minooka. I'll get to the lot at 8. Again, head west on 80 from 55 or continue west if coming from the east on 80. Take the Minooka exit, which is the first exit after 55. Hang a left (south) at the light at the exit (Ridge road). Mcdonalds will be on your left hand side at the corner of Ridge and Minooka road.

Steve you should just shoot down ridge from Oswego.
