I just read in this morning's Rockford paper that I-90 is going to have lane changes from Elgin to I-39 starting this Thursday. It sounded like WB traffic will have a lane reduction also for a few miles. I-90 under construction...nothing new about that. Not sure what this is going to mean to traffic flow, but it can't be good.
