tomorrow or Monday, I will start checking other hotels in the area and put up a list of whom has available rooms.

I have an extra room at the Host Hotel that I may be able to let go to some lucky C5G member, not sure yet.

if your going to camarofest, and plan to race or spectate at the Track, make sure you sign up over on the Camaro5 official preregistration list. it gives them a better idea of the actual numbers at the track which they need to prepare for !

Even though the Wyndham reservation number and Wyndham website says the Wyndham was sold out arriving 8/1, departing 8/4, I was able to make reservations for the Wyndham through Priceline, but it was $7 more per night.

I reserved a room with two beds. If anyone is considering going solo, and wants to split the cost of the room, PM me.

I'm planning on going this year. What day/time is the caravan meeting/leaving? Sorry I read the first page and didn't see any info in the first post. I didn't read the other 10 pages. But I plan to head down on Wednesday 7/31 so I can get there and get the car all washed up and ready for the weekend.
So when will there be details on the caravan meeting time/place(s)?
