  • Sorry I had to bolt early i had another commitment. I was happy to run 11.6 @ 118. Thanks to You Jeramy for giving me the hookups on the rims and advice on tires. Kudos to the track and Bubbles for great job setting the up event. I only had four passes but I felt like I wasn't launching to the fullest capability. However I'll practice it more now that the tires are hooking so well.

    • Glad it worked out Frank, I got one of your passes in the video I posted a few threads back. Car sounded and looks awesome.

Chevy would have a real problem on their hands if the Camaro was ever faster than a Vette stock form .Vette is the Flagship for overall performance for GM . Camaro has been and always will be the little brother to the Vette. What I'm getting is , your Vette is faster. So what it should be right ? I can carry more than two people in my car and still have fun. Now Jeremy's wife has a party going on in that srt8 jeep of hers and hangs with the 5th gens ! Lol

        • I agree that their cars are light, fast, and consistant. Never disagreed with that once. They are very nice cars too. And yes I am the sole reason my car is not consistant. They all can agree it is very difficult to get the same results over and over again with a manual car, with a twin disc ceramic clutch, on radials. That's all I'm saying.

But on the other hand, my family SUV is very consistant and who knows. Might have a snail or two in the near future.

She actually took it down twice. First time was her best with a 13.34 @ 103. 1.88 60ft.

The Second time she was more nervous because she really wanted to beat gorgeous ss's friend with the TBSS. She pulled a quicker ET but he beat her with reaction time. I was in the car with her so I didn't get any video this time. But she's asking me when we are going cuz she is hooked.

Yeah you are right. My bone stock fatass 2011 GS vette ran 12.6@114 with stock air pressures and paper filter. Not to bad. The car was 3330lbs on the scale at byron with a full tank of gas and me not in it. Any 5th gens break into the 12's bone stock yesterday?
