I'm not the one starting shit here, I have nothing to prove. I'm just playing Devil's advocate. If all of you guys want to hang your hats on 80/1000ths of a second with no passes to back it up them congrats. That gray car was moving, 700 rwhp?
colder air today, little better tuning in the past two weeks,

And how did I beat you by .3....if your car was making 11.2 power you wpuld have ran me down easy.
      my previous best 60ft was a 1.99 which i dropped to a 1.86 today- .13 difference
and my best mph before was 122.1 to a 123.6- 1.5 mph difference

and i was running you down. To get a horrible 60ft like i did against you and then only lose by .3 when you 60ft a 1.7. thats a run down to me.

i am new to a racing clutch, radials, and a car with this power. That contributes to the inconsistency. I am trying to get better and that comes with practice hence why my previous best time was a 12.55, then next trip to the track was 11.89, and now this time was 11.28... if you dont like it then go argue with the time slip and laser system that byron has.

the pass i ran the 11.28 i had my lowest 60 ft and after that majority of my 60fts were over 2.0 again. That makes a big difference on a turbo car because that determines what rpm you are at when you reach 60 ft and if im under boost because i got traction then i will have a lot faster time. There is a video to prove it, a time slip to prove it. It happened and it will again with practice.

I know a guy that could help you with that. He drives a Vette that's faster than 5th gens though.

          134-7= 127mph

Only thing I think about Jerry's combo is I think it should be trapping 126-128mph, does your car hold boost in high gear or does it bleed off or?

I might have to spray my car just to run some numbers here.

its holding boost but I dont have an intercooler or meth yet so in top of 3rd and 4th gear i am running into higher intake temps so the computer is pulling timing. although it was tuned Jim left in the stock timing and just corrected my A/F because of the intake temps i can reach he wanted to be safe. So i will be installing a meth kit Purely for cooling purpose.

I'm not trying to pick on you. It's just a pretty big gap. If you had an 11.4 or 11.5 in there today too I could see the glory pass. I hope you can back it up, that would be a great time. Just understand where I'm coming from. For me to run an 11.293 on the same track, on the same day at almost the same time, I had a 1.668 60' and a trap of 123.94. My pass right after that was a 11.31.

In my opinion you would be better off with a good intercooler first, meth can come last. Just saying.

Really? None of those people are in this thread let alone understand what y'all are talking about. So let's just not go there.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my Track next fix.

here are my passes in order

                        11.989 @ 122.10 - 2.130 60ft
                        11.285 @ 123.61 - 1.867 60ft
                        11.734 @ 123.19 - 2.049 60ft
                        11.962 @ 122.64 - 2.077 60ft
                        12.431 @ 119.41 - 2.043 60ft- missed 2nd

i just double checked my logger and on my 1st two passes my IAT only went up to 170-180, on my final 3 passes they reached 200+ degrees. so yes the car was starting to fall on its face near the end.

i am only using meth to cool the IAT not to retune. I had to remove some wrapping on my exhaust due to the dealer scraping it up when doing the repairs for me so there was a section of my charge pipe resting on the header basically. So those are the issues im battling.
