Wow a lot sooner then I thought! I can get there on the 2nd but I don't know what time yet. How many cars can they handle at once and how long is the process?
Might want to setup a schedule of some sort. Say they can do 2 cars at a time and each car takes 1.5 hours.

they can handle up to 10 and that is pushing it... so we will be fine with who we have listed which is why i am hoping to get confirmation from everyone coming and when they can be there and if they have a time they HAVE to be out by so that i can set up a sechdule

No I don't have 2 cars. I was saying if they can do 2 at a time have 2 slots at 9am and 2 slots at 1030.
