    June 2nd -C5G Window Tinting Party (Group Buy)

    ok so a group buy on window tint has been negotiated for C5G members!
    Details:

    Date:
    June 2, 2012 from 9am - 3(ish)pm

    Who:
    Quality Window Tinting
    (this is the guy i have had tint all my vehicles and he will be doing the GTR as well)

    He cuts the film on the car so that it is seamless (rear window) and runs all the way up to the edge of the front windows....

    Address:

    Warrenville, IL 60555
    Details:
    $150 a car - any number of windows (front back sides, windshield is additional)
    Must be 5th Gen Camaro.... he will tint other vehicles at a reduced rate - contact me for quotes.
    Must be 10+ cars signed up
    Must be all done on 1 day on a Saturday... think of it like an open house/meet up
    I will get a date set when we have enough interest so please if you are interested post up what vehicle, % of tint, how many windows and what saturdays are good for you!

    Also ceramic tint is available for additional cost

    and you dont have to have your windows tinted to come hang out!!!

      he has any % you want of standard tint. if you are looking for the ceramic he have 6 grades only.... i will have to get those... let e know if thats what you are looking for.

        I am interested as well. Little higher then I paid for to tint the G8 tho.

        So even a 6in strip on the windshield is more? How much more?

          no i was refering to the whole windshield being more... i am sure he will do the 6 in windshield strip included in the 150

            Sounds good!

            What % tint is the glass from the factory? I know we can go down to 35 legally but if you went with 35% tint on some cars it will bring it below 30 when tested.

              I am interested, Ceramic. 35%, I think that is limit in Illinois. Not available May 26th, July 14th or August 11th.

                I believe that's where people mess up, not taking into account the factory tint. That is if they want to stay within the law.

                  I have been harassed too much with tints. Hell even after i went to a legal limit I was still harassed!

                    I have legal tint levels on my car currently... if you want legal limit then he knows what to do

                        I'm very interested in this - I cannot do May 26th (My wedding day) - also what's the difference between Ceramic an Metallic tint? ... I'll google when I have time, but if someone already knows it will save me time as well as maybe inform others that are interested.

                          All his tint is non-metallic, metallic tint will interfer with the radio antenna in the glass... the difference is the cermanic blocks alot more heat then standard tint.

                          it blocks more than 99% of the UV rays and over 80% of infrared heat.

                              Can you get a quote for a 99 suburban with the barn doors on rear( all windows) and a strip on windshield?

                              Also a nissan senta 2010 same as suburban.

                              All regular tint 5% back windows and around 15-20 on the front windows
