How about we meet at the Honey and Jam Cafe at 10:00? If anyone thinks it should be earlier, please chime in. It is about a half hour drive to the track. We can take 53 straight to the track. I will call the restaurant this week and tell them to expect 15 to 20 people. We have about 17 signed up. The track event is from 12-4. If you are unable to go, please let me know ASAP. Thanks

I have RSVP'ed as I said I would. Route should be planned today and posted with meet spots no later then 5pm today, Sunday Dec 4th. Once I get a chance to look at a map and reference everyone's starting points

I dont know if we have to be the first ones there, after all we do want to show up in force and make a good impression for our club so long as we get good parking., especially if we are able to take the camaros

Well the thing is I WAS working with a gentleman at GM corporate about something special for our club that WAS discussed at the board meeting, but it seems that isn't anything some people are interested in, so when I get the final followup planning call I will make sure my tail is tucked between my legs and I thank them for their offer and decline it. Hopefully this will not negate them taking me seriously if and when I ever decide to contact for the club in the future.
