Is this because you're using C5G money or because GLD is giving a group rate to the club.

I'm not 100% sure it really matters? There's also the possibility that it will cost a certain $ total, and that will be split up amongst those in our group going... one price for non-members, and a slightly higher rate for non members. Forgive me if I'm mis-interpreting your questions, but it sure seems like you're upset that there could be preferential cost/treatment for our paid members?

You missed the point, if you're using money from the "members pot" to give paid members a lower cost I understand why non paid members would pay more. If your negotiating a price with GLD and the individual price will depend on the amount of cars, using NO club money it doesn't make sense. If non paying members want to go it will lower the cost for all. If I go and bring Brian (douche bag with 5.0) it will divy the pie up by two more cars thus lowering everyones cost. I'm not trying to be an ass and for those of you that know me, know that I'm not. I'm just trying to show you that if you're not using site money for something the cost should be the same for all.

Umm my BF is going along with some of my friends and they have no issue with paying more because they are non-members. You are missing the point that this is an event organized by a member for members that we are opening up to non-members, C5G invested time AND possibly will be partially sponsored by a business for the members. That's why there is a price difference. Those, that are non-members, that I have offered an invite to, don't see an issue with it. I don't understand your issue. C5G invested in this weather it be time and/or money, effort of the club was put out for this.

Put me down for racing. I'll show you guys how to do a John Force burnout down the 1/4 mile .Are we having them set up a pro tree? About ten years ago my other car club rented the track and we had about 50 cars show up for it. made at least 12 passes that day . absolutely a gas !
