23 with a 5th gen. I know im not the youngest but I still feel like the baby in the group.

I agree I will be racing against myself just to better myself and see what I can do But it WOULD be nice to win one lol and hit 12's.

if I dont hit a 12 i will probably say bye bye to the warranty haha.

I think I was in a Z71 or my WS6 when I was 23... I know it was after the F-150 and before the GTO... so.. Those are my only two vehicles from that era..

I don't remember.. Are you Auto or Manual? I think you'll have a hard time getting an OEM Auto in to 12s.. Ones I've seen were mostly all Manual cars.

There's also a lot to be said about hitting the same number every time... S/He who runs the fastest 1/4 is usually a combination of money + skill.. Getting beat by more car just happens and it's nothing to be ashamed of... The only thing you can really control w/o money is getting beat by a better driver..

So is it safe to assume your running mid to low 12s?

Im auto. with a CAI intake and Solo performance cat back. Going to be at FLP this saturday to get some wheel numbers and see what it says. Never had a stock pull done but from what i read 320-325 is about average to the wheels with an auto.

Stock I was running mid 12's. This combo has been proven over and over to be good for 11.80s-11.90s@116-118. If I dont run 11's, I would be shocked.

            • This is my tuner (Shaun@AED), running the same mods with a 91 octane tune, not 93 like I have. But he has 200lbs taken out of the car. But you get the point..

I wouldn't mind dropping 200lbs from this tank.

Anyone interested in a shirt with that quote. My uncle makes custom T-shirts and am seriously thinking about having him make me a shirt that says that.

                              • Thank you sir

I don't think my axles and drag wheels will be here by that time so it's going to be stock tires and axles, so it should be interesting. I am gunning for your time though. ;-)
