It's about 3 hours drive time, plus the hour gained crossing time zone. I figure leaving by 9:30 or 10 will get us there in good time, and give us cleanup time

I am going to officially suggest that for Thursday, the 2nd, that we set up a few meet points, starting from points north, and working around down, and last meet spot at the Chicago Southland Lincoln Oasis on 80/294. Actual drive time, by Google's estimation is just under 3 hours, plus the 1 hour time difference= 4 hours. There's supposed to be some form of event starting about 4 pm at the host hotel (Possible BBQ) We'll probably want to have some time to clean up the cars and get checked in at the hotel, meaning that we should probably LEAVE the Oasis by 11:00 am. (aim to meet there by 10:30-10:45) That should give us ample time to get there, and have some time stretch, and get things cleaned up, etc. before everything starts hoppin'
Depending on demand, we can set up a meet point around Naperville, and another at the Westin in Itasca, as per our normal events... Event coordinators, what say you?Last edited by Toasty; 03-04-2012, 10:53 PM.

Autocross Staffing
We have NO SCCA support for the event. To make the event run smoothly we need Camaro5 member help.

Pedders and a few of our Dealers will staff the Autocross, but we cannot do it alone.
