We're planning a cruise down for the CAMARO5Fest III August 2, 3, 4, 2012. 
So Here's the route to the Host Hotel, with our 3 meet points. Travel time is just about 4 hours total, without regard to the time change. there's about 30 min travel time between the first two meet pionts, and 45 min to the Oasis from the BWW. From my rough calculations, Leaving the Westin at 10:00, merging with the BWW crew about 10:30, getting to the Oasis at about 11:15. Should give us time to gather at the oasis for a few minutes before heading out, at about 11:30-11:45 It's about 3 hours drive time from the oasis, plus an hour when crossing to EST. Factoring in at least one pit stop on the way, we should easily roll in before 4 EST. Plenty of time to get the cars cleaned, and get checked into the hotel...
In addition to the 2 way radios (channel 5) We're using App called Zello - a push to talk app for smartphone users. There's a Channel called Chicagoland_Camarovan in case some get out of radio range.
