I will sponsor my truck class if nessesary I just don't get why are we so against them?
Afterall, it would hopefully bring more vehicles to the show, meaning more money the club can raise for the kids. By the way, I'm not a truck guy.Last edited by Blackhawk; 08-16-2011, 10:57 AM.

Gentleman, ENOUGH about the TRUCKS!
My first toy was a truck.
We said going into our 1st show that we were not going to do everything right. For the most part we had more right than wrong. We will learn from this year and make next year even better! Given that Jose' has offered to sponsor a truck class next year it looks like we are covered. Thanks Jose' for including the trucks and sponsoring this class for 2012!

I was not wrong!! I had a budget to consider and made a decision based upon that. If you sponsor a class next year and make sure you pass out flyers at truck shows, they will be included. It's not that we were prejudiced against Trucks at all. It was simply business. The business of paying for them and getting the word out to truck owners.
I started this event as a business venture to make money. I had responsibilities to the Children's Miracle Network and Walmart and I put my personal checkbook behind the whole event and guaranteed them that I would make money for them or I would pick up the Tab. if you don't like my decisions then I am sorry for you.
