The Car Show Committee met this evening and we will include all trucks. We will include them along with the others by year. Also they can certainly have the chance to win Best in Show, Tilted Kilts, Participants Choice, Spectators Choice..etc.... awards.

We will have special parking for C5G members to park together. Please post up if you will be coming. We need to know how many spaces to plan on.
All 5th Gen Camaro's will park together regardless if you are entering your car in the show or you are volunteering to help in the car show.

Speaking of volunteer's We need more people to help. We will need people to help direct cars to park as well as judges. If you have not already signed up to help there is still time. This is OUR CLUB and OUR SHOW. Any and all help will be appreciated. Let us know and we will add you to the list.

Still don't have my vacations but if I do would you guys rather have me as a volunteer or do you guys rather have me register my truck, which would mean that I can't have anything to do with the show.

Basically what I am asking is, what do we need more, volunteers or vehicles on the show?

I guess that does open another question... if we put our vehicles in the show, can we not volunteer with anything in regards to the show, or only not participate in judging the class in which our vehicle is entered?

You can have your car in the show and you can volunteer to help. You just can't judge the class you are in. Board members will not be able to enter their cars as participants. Please plan on showing up early at 8am if you would like to help. We will have parking for all 5th gen cars regardless if you are volunteer or showing.

Both! You are welcome to come Volunteer but because you are on the C5G board you and the rest of us on the board cannot enter our vehicles. This was discussed early on and would look bad if any of us won. Keep in mind this is for the KIDS!!!!
