We picked up a flyer about this at Frankfort. Every 25th show car gets in free because it is their 25th anniversary. Would be great if we could get as many as we did to go to Hooters, 40+. It is $10 if you register by Sept. 18. We need to double the 20 we had last year.

Let me just state that if you've never put your car into a car show, you should do it. It doesn't matter if you have tons of mods or none. That's what the different categories are for. Just wash it and clean the interior and engine as best you can and show up!

We need full club participation on this one to have a chance at a club trophy. Last year this was my first car show. I didn't know squat about what to do, but thanks to to a couple guys (you know who you are), I did just fine.

Shoot me a pm if you have any questions and please sign up for this one. Even if you don't care about trophies, it's just fun to show up en mass and represent C5G.

I'll be back to defend that Special Interest category!

I am in. I think I have the back roads figured out now. We can meet in the parking lot at ridge and minooka road and head in from there.

Yea if the BF wants to bring the GTR or one of the bikes to this is that ok? (in addition to my Marilyn of course)
Racing is my life, everything else is just minor details.

I'm in again. This time I'll take it seriously so Mike doesn't get a trophy.

Need to sign up NOW! Last year their was over 1100 cars at this show and they were turning people away on the main road into town if you were not preregistered. We were lucky that we all got in. We had about 20 + cars there too. Lets get everyone signed up for this thing early this year so we are not all crossing our fingers on the main road into town.. If you dont preregister there are no guarantees on this one.

It was a fun time for everyone that went. There is alot to see and do at this show.
