Steve, Thanks for the offer.... my wife and I will be leaving this afternoon for Fair Oaks Farm. We have talked for some time about taking the formal tour there which lasts a few hours. We will be spending the night at a nearby hotel and will meet the group at Fair Oaks Thursday morning.
