dang it! I can't make it... I had my summer tires mounted on new wheels today. They look awesome. However, the valve stem is hitting the brake line on one wheel. So I need to get a shorter stem installed. The brake line is dinged pretty badly and that's just from the drive home! What a shame. But at least the wheels look great! I just have a 1:1 model car for now that doesn't go anywhere!

I'm about 50/50 right now. Between the rain and fighting a sinus infection I may just use the day off to sleep, lol. But my heart wants to get out and see everybody tomorrow. I'll check the forums in the AM to see what the wheather status is.

did you look at zip tying the brake line away from the wheel? Seems to be common fix with the inner stemmed wheels

did you look at zip tying the brake line away from the wheel? Seems to be common fix with the inner stemmed wheels

I just did some searching, and I may try that. I've got a couple longer zip ties and medium sized ring clamps lying around. I think I'll try jacking up my car tomorrow morning and see what I can do.
