I dont think they are that expensive and they may want the opportunity to advertise their abilities in front of the group. They come with their own water and everything.
Wow lawdog, thank you sir. Please do check it out but it may be to rich for my blood but it dosen't hurt to look into it for everyones future reference.
Also, you mentioned them coming out at 3:40. Dosen't the cruise start from Itaska at 3:30?
And sorry everyone for all the questions here. Not trying to be a PITA just trying to coordinate the logistics with coming so far away and want to make sure we are in the right place at the right time.

oky doky, last time I think we got to randall at 4:15 and left Itasca at 4 but we could start earlier if everyone wants we could plan on leaving at 3:45 that would split the difference, it only takes one hour to get there from randal rd, Tony No what do you think here pipe in on this please.

It looks like the trip from the hotel to Randall Road is 30 minutes. It's 45 minutes to Hooters from there.

Getting to Hooters a little early is a good idea -- we did arrive early doing the Rock River cruise and it gives a little extra time to get situated... Plus then you get to see all the other cars as they pull in, never mind the Hooters girls!

Do we want to be by 4:30? The more time have by George the better. How about starting at 3pm at the Westin and go from there with the time table.

I dont know 3:00 sounds early to leave, the thing usually wraps up at 9 so that would mean we are there for 4 1/2 hours Thats a bit long I think, lets put it up for a vote, keep in mind we may have some that are planning on doing some other things during the day and looking to split there day up or coming from other events, the 3:45 or 4:00 leave time I think gives people more options, me myself doesnt make a difference either way

It's from 6-8pm plus it's getting darker earlier, but I agree let see what works for everyone.

Lawdog.. Thank you very much for looking into this,I appreciate it.
Normally I would'nt spend $30.00 on a car wash. I would just run it through a touchless than fine detail it after like when I took it down to Speed Inc.
But,since this is a special occasion and other people may be interested in seeing how this workes and how well it comes out I will go ahead and pop for the $30.00 wash.
Just let them know that there will be a group of people watching so they will have to do a good job. lol
                              I'l be the Guinee Pig
Also,if there is an extra radio to use on the cruise we would like to use one.
One last thing. When we get to Rockford I would like to pay the dues to become an official member of C5G.
Just realized, after paying for gas,car wash, and dues I won't have any beer money left lol

Ill call them this week and let them know, yeah I guess you will be the first to try them, cant be all that bad though I used to have a guy that came by my office and did the same thing, I was always happy with the way it tuned out, I havent used these guys so Im also interested to see how they do, I think I will tell them 3 unless the group decides to change the start time, then i will push them back. If I tell them 3 they should be done by 3:30, I already have your radio, picked up some more yesterday
