Well folks some times the best of plans fall thru, I am very sorry but I cant control Mother Nature. It was raining at 10:00 and that was the mark when most people had to leave to travel to the start point, so we really had no choice because we know most of you do not like to come out in the rain and the minigolf course closes for rain too.

For those of you that showed up, very sorry, I left my house at 7 this morning and had to go to the mini golf place to tie off parking area and then take my kid to football game which I left at 10:00 so I did not have access to a computer. BUT we did make the 10:00 mark in calling it off, I figured on these events everyone should always check the board before they leave if the weather looks iffy.

I think the Go/No Go Policy should be if its raining at one hour before the event, its a NO GO! I thought this was really understood with everyone that we would not be leaving our houses in the rain.

^ Weather is hard to plan around -- looks clear by me at the moment... Anyhow, Oct. 3 sounds fine by me -- Bears/Giants game isn't till 7:20 PM that day.

Sometimes, that is a problem for us because we have to leave over an hour before the event. Thank you for calling me Tony. We might do a car show in town now, if the rain stops.
