Parking privileges will be assigned in the Andreason parking lot according to the manner of Our Members and Associate Members signing up for this event. that would be the only fair way to do things. I am glad we are getting a big turnout, but I want to get OUR members secured in that lot before we let any aquantenances in the lot.
Remember they are expecting an accurate count from me to TRY and secure us enough spots. there will be over 300 cars in downtown Plainfield.

Should be both according to the info I have from Facebook. And traffic will move in ONE direction down Lockport only WESTBOUND.

Before you had it set with the organizers for a reserved spot, we talked with a mgr at Front Street about reserving a spot for us. If the lot will be full, we might be able to expand onto Des Plaines St (if not Lockport St which is preferable ). If anything needs to be taken care of earlier let us know. We live just 10 min or so from there and we can be there earlier in the day.

Talked to Kelly - no construction unless they've started something in the past few days. I do know you have to take it slow over the tracks.

11 at night and you can see traffic is backed up on 126 at Rt 59 from the tracks on. There's no construction it's just always busy there

Sorry that would not be good to do at all ! They are already mentioning on Facebook that they are happy to Host are group . We will show up together and park together at Andreason travel. I presume if we don't all fit in the lot they will secure spots on the street for us around that building.

Des Plaines is the street around the travel agency where the group is parking. It will be closed at Chicago Street for Cruise Night. There are only about 21 parking spots at the travel agency and the cars will - hopefully - be spaced a bit further apart (?) so we more than likely are going to have to expand beyond the lot.

Front Street Cantina is at the corner of Chicago & Des Plaines.
