September 6th.. Chicago Heights Car Cruise and Burnout/Holeshot Contest. Registration will be from 10 am to 1 pm. $5 for cruise/car show cars & $20 for burnout & holeshot cars. We will be closing down the route 1 cutoff between Chicago road and Halsted Street to do the burnout contest and holeshot contest. Open headers, dragsters, blower cars, gassers, and trailer cars are all welcomed. 40 trophies, food venders, music, carnival, and 50/50 raffle. Come on out and join us, It's going to be a blast. No police, no worries, It's all legal.

Last year's burnout winner is a mustang....Harvey "Cobra Dude" Walden III. He is the winner for the last four years in a row. Will somebody with a Chevy Bowtie please beat this dude......Comment

I did a burnout in the White Rhino parking lot and scared all the outside patrons to death. It was nasty.
