Every Monday night at Old Orchard Mall in Skokie is the Monday Night Car Show. It is free admission and you can register your car online. My dad and I have taken our 2013 Camaro and our 1966 Mustang to almost every show the last two summers. Each show brings in over a hundred cars, sometimes a couple hundred cars. The show is really fun and there are some amazing rides, new and old. Each night is a theme night, so half the lot will be for the theme's cars, the other half is for anyone that shows up. The show runs from 6-9pm, but cruise in starts at 5pm. I usually get there around 5:15/5:30pm to get a good spot, right around the middle. Also there are many good places to eat around the mall as well!! I think it would be a lot of fun, especially if we got a local group to go every week or whenever they were available. I figured that since there are a lot of members in or near the city, we could have a meet/cruise to here, especially on June 2nd, since it is Chevy night. Any thoughts/ideas? 
I'm thinking maybe meet up at Portillo's near by, then eat dinner and cruise to the show?
