woooohoooo gettting closer and closer Only a few weeks away.

Trophies are getting delivered on the 6th and Ill post some pics then.

We are still in great need of sponsors of classes and/or donations for raffle prizes/silent auctions etc.

If anyone here knows someone who may want to help out, please pm me. ANY help is greatly appreciated.

Even if someone is able to send a gift card for autozone or walmart or wherever that we could go get raffle items, is a help. $1 or $1000 is help!

Check it out MDA Benefit Car Show !!! Great cause and it is only a 2 hour cruise.

Registration begins at 9:00am with Judging starting at 12noon.

I would not mind getting there at 9:30 which means we leave around 7:30. How does this sound to everyone?

I recommend taking 47. This is a newly paved road and it is certainly more interesting than the highway.

Below is a map of what I was thinking. We could all meet @ I-55 and Hwy 47. There is a McDonalds on the South East Corner. This would be a good place to meet and nice place to grab a quick breakfast.

We could meet at 7:30am and leave no later than 7:45. From this McDonalds this is a 1:37 min drive. This will get us in at 9:30ish

Thoughts??? Please be sure to bring your 2 way radios! If you don't have one I am sure someone will have one to share.

Model car.... ? Toy Car?? Don't think so... lol I have a model car... she's called "Baby Bee" wait until you see her.

Model cars are the same. We do the model cars for everyone but it was our way to include those who cant drive yet and dont have a "real" car. We usually have 3-5 model cars and are trying to make that class larger. It also is a way that the kids with Muscular Dystrophy can also participate in the event directly and be a "part" of what this all about.
