So i was at byron yesterday for one of there test and tunes. There was well over 250 cars there running. So I am curious to see what others feel would be better.

attending byron which usually only runs from 10-5ish depending on lighting... and risk the chance of competing with over 200 cars trying to run...

      OR

Going to GLD where they are running the nitrous brawl event, but still will have test and tune?

I honestly think that both tracks will have limited runs. But just looking to see where everyone would prefer to go

Might have been due to the super low DA. Still thinking Byron would be better, but that's just me

True, the DA will most likely be just as low next week too. My guys were able to get 2-3 runs each. But there were long waits for sure.

sent from my galaxy s3. that would explain the errors.

I am thinking that with the number of clubs that are supposed to be at the brawl, there may not be much difference

I would think that even with more people at byron, the lines would move, since there wouldn't be times when no T&T would be running

I agree. I still vote for Byron. I've been to Byron when they are running brackets and still got 4 runs in by 1:00. I've also been to GLD when it is just T&T (on a Friday night) and only got 3 runs in. GLD is prone to problems. Byron seems to have their act together. Just sayin'....

its funny you say this. I have been to byron 3-4 times. And every time i have been there its been a bunch of problems with minimal runs. and yesterdays track prep was not impressive at all. The AWD jeeps were spinning on launches.

But once again, i am specating and they are the same distance from me in either direction. So its up to the racers.

so looks like we will continue to go to Byron this sunday the 27th.

WEATHER FORECAST = 49 partly cloudy - no rain!!!!!

My guess is the DA will be around +500 the whole day. So a good chance for new personal bests!

We will be leaving the hanover park train station around 8:30am @ the intersection of LAKE and BARRINGTON.

                            who all is in????

i will give a little secret.... there will be a 2007 Jeep SRT8 with a fully built motor, drivetrain, and 88mm turbo to back it up... this truck is fun to watch (no, it is not my wife's)
