Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals 11/17 and 18

It sounds like several C5G'ers are going to be attending this event. It's a great show. It is being held at the Donald E Stephens convention center in Rosemont on November 17 and 18. (By O'Hare Airport) Since there is interest, I am posting a poll to determine the day and time most people plan to go, so we could try to meet up as a group or groups. Not an official event, but good info if you want to meet up to drive together and / or do the show as a group(s). FYI... Lasst few car shows I went to there, I parked in the CTA lot right on River Road. Lots of traffic for safety, and it is a lot cheaper than the parking garage. Plus there is usually lots of spots open up front.

Poll will be open for 15 days. I have also set it to show your selection(s). I will arrange meet points on Wednesday before the show. (For those who will be driving their Camaro's. Or not.)

I had planned to get up there sometime on Saturday. However, I had to take my Dad to the emergency room early Sunday morning and he's still in the hospital. We can add one more thing to his long list of experiences...he has "C DIF"......intestinal bacteria junk. I won't even go there....

Not sure I'm going to make up there now. We'll see......

Nancy and I are going there Saturday morning, getting the oil changed on the Camaro first thing at 7am, but not taking it there at this point. My boss is going to have 2 of his Cuda's there, a Panther Pink and 383 red convertible.

I'm not going to make it. Got my dad back home from the hospital this evening so I can't leave him. I'm not feeling that great myself, either. Bummed......
