Sunrise Chevrolet Car Show - July 21, Glendale Heights

Has anyone ever been to a Sunrise Chevrolet car show? Sounds like a good opportunity for the club. They even let you park in the showroom if you have a Chevy. Let's see... Who do I know that has a Chevy????? They will also have awards in a bunch a catagories. It's held July 21st and you can see more details at Olrides.com.

It's run by Oldrides organization, so I assume they will have judges? Parking in the showroom is on a first come first park basis (Chevy's Only), so be early.

Yes I was to one 2 years ago. It was pretty nice. It stormed that day, but the cars where in their showroom out of the rain. They had free popcorn, hot dog, chip and pop. Ther was was only 3 club members there. Plan on going this year.

Hi Sal... You are actually the one that planted the seed in my head about this post. You told me about it at Showstoppers open house. Sounded pretty cool. I would love to see the club fill the showroom! ANY OTHER TAKERS OUT THERE? I know this coinsides with the Volo show, but hopefully there are enough people not going to Volo, to at least partially fill the showroom. If we get a good group together, I will contact the coordinator and see if they can save a few spaces for us.

I was suppose to be out of town, but those plans may be cancelled. It will depend on that. But if I am here, I am in.
