I know that there is a giant parking garage in old orchard (skokie) that would be nice. Or even a cruise down to the whole foods on roosevelt that has a massive top garage with the skyline in the background...

At night you'll need a tripod, a fast lens will help, also you can do some cool lighting with off camera flash , popping the flash manually around the car(s). I have some nighttime flash ideas I'm gonna try with my car, also you can do some cool effects with light painting.
