Some of mine are up on Camaro5.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my Track next fix.

as far as the AWDSS that John from the custom shop did... well i will go out on the limb and say i like it . Ok i've known John for along time and his shop has some very talented people there to say the least and his paintwork is phenominal. Car started life as a 67 and he grafted a 2010 ass end to it. So its not the other way around where he took a 2010 and cut it up . Windshield pillars , cowl everything from the seats forward was old school. Ground effects i can do without ,dash was cool but not my cup of tea. I like it for the workmanship that was put into it . To me its kinda like a Lowrider that is just way out there gawdy. not into lowriders but the work and detail that some of those guys put into those cars is unbelieveable.I'm sure Pete will agree with me on that . The Camaro is gawdy , like the concept behind the thinking, admire the work that went into it. I think the best conversion yet on the 5th gens was that black Trans Am that sat right down the isle from Johns car . That was the complete package in my opinion.
Oh one more thing . Who in their right mind would by a Calloway Camaro for almost 70k when they could have the ZL1 for less than sixty ?

Same reason people would buy Girbaus over Levis?

LMAO ! They had a syn green Calloway there that none of the ground effects or spoilers color matched.

I remember Calloway being a big name in the vette world.. But, them and others like them I've always felt were a bit overpriced... Certainly out of my cost:satisfaction ratio. If I had more money, maybe.. but, if I had more money, I wouldn't be in a Camaro.. I'd be in something like a Bugatti or a Koenigsegg..

(and, no.. You wouldn't see my pasty white azz in the snow in one of those)

I like the AWDSS also, they actually cut the doors in half, front half of the door is 67 the back half is 2010. I agree , little over the top on some things, but overall a lot of quality work went into it. I talked to the guys for quite awhile.
