CAMARO5Fest III August 2, 3, 4, 2012 @ Lucas Oil Raceway, Indianapolis

Curious as to where the host Hotel will be. There's really nothing close to the Raceway. I even think that Lucas Oil Raceway is kind of small for a National Camaro event, maybe not. The Monster Mopar Event is there this weekend, but I don't think this is a National Event, more midwest region.

I'm sure they've got it all figured out. Glad it's close.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Avon
119 Angelina Way
Avon, Indiana 46123

This was the closest Marriott brand hotel, and one of the closest hotels overall.

I'm guessing that the host hotel will be the Clarion on Waterfront Parkway. It's one of the few with meeting rooms and a lounge. They are a bit lacking in parking though. Slim pickings in that area of Indy.

Why is it so important to be at the host hotel? Is there street racing in the host hotel lot at night? I do have nearly a year to cancel my reservation, so no real risk by booking now.

There is a parking lot party every night that is always fun. Hang out, drink some beers, make fun of Camaro5 people. If Plesha comes I highly suggest being at the host.
