    Sun. 9/11 Elgin->Batavia Cruise

    "Sunday September 11th

    We will be meeting at the Meijer in Elgin @ 4pm and leave around 5:00pm
    we take Randall Rd. down to Smashburger in Batavia should take about 30 minutes putting us in at around 5:30pm

    We can then grub on some delicious Smashburgers and mingle some more

    I was thinking we could head to a park or something after for some pictures but I dont know of anyplace that is good around there so I am open to suggestions
    Meijer in Elgin @ 4pm
    leave Meijer around 5:00pm
    take 30 minute trip south on Randall
    arrive at Smashburger in Batavia around 5:30pm
    maybe take some pics somewhere after Grubbin

      Wow. That was worth driving there. Not. Hell the mustang got a warmer "park with us" welcome then the 5th gen. Live and learn I guess.

        well you should have known better, we could have told you that, while you were over there getting mistreated, all your 5th Gen buddies were having a great time. I don't know what you were thinking of? I guess you won't be making that mistake again!

          Unfortunately I couldn't make it out to Crystal Lake and this was 5 miles from my house. I thought what the hell I will go hang with fellow CAMARO lovers. Boy was I REALLY mistaken about that!

                        I saw a silver 5th Gen show up at Smash Burger (I was late to Meijer), but was gone by the time we came outside from eating -- was someone rude to you? The gathering was rather informal -- I think the Mustang was just a food customer?! There was a Z06 that parked with the other Camaros/Firebirds, so I don't know what the issue was?? Did you say hi to anyone or mingle?

                          Were you the one parked across from everyone? What did they say to you? I don't know why someone wouldn't let you park with them.
                          It was a great turnout. My only complaint was that people were driving around and around the busy as hell Meijer parking lot and nobody knew where to go. In the end we got seperated and just 4 of us cruised up there together.
