Maybe. It is called gears and ears. It is $20 to enter. As far as I know though, 80 is still a nightmare.

I think it will depend on time of day, and what part. We were on it all the way to 355 after Lansing cruise and it was fine. 2 lanes both ways, but fine. If they're actively working and close another lane temporarily, then that would cause a problem

By nightmare I also meant loose rock down by the Morris exit on my way home about a month ago. Anyone else going? I'm not sure what we have going on Sunday. Dave might go to Pete's on Saturday and I'm not sure if he will want to do a car show.

Eww. Hate loose rock. Classic rock is OK though.

Yes it is Gears n Ears, and i believe you are correct on the admission fee. I was on 80 coming back from the Morris show and it wasn't bad as far as the construction went. I was just looking to get some peeps together to cruise to the show with.

Yes Tony, but that was the Blacktop Barons show (or something like that)

I don't remember what it was. Bill and I went and it rained on the way home of course. Where are looking to cruise from? We take 80W all the way to the Morris exit. I'm not sure where the show is, I'll have to look it up again.

The bad part is west of 355. The joliet bridge goes down to one lane. You can detour onto route six and get back on 80 at Larkin.

Did you see on the chicagolandallwheel show website they have their judging form? It is a pretty simple one. I forgot about this one. If we go somewhere else though we aren't competeing against you. LOL
