So Mr. Bubbles and I come walking up behind Gary and his cars @ the Plainfield Cruise Night to see him taking pictures of them. (The pix posted above) We both find this kind of strange considering he owns them both he must have tons of pictures already. So I ask him why is he taking them.
"It's my Birthday. I am out here showing both my cars and I wanted to post them up on C5G."
He then proceeded to tell us how he taught his daughter to drive stick in the Corvette so she could take it to a High School function safely.
I know he took his son this year on the Hot Rod Power Tour in the Camaro.
THAT is one heck of a dad.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND EARLY FATHERS DAY GARY!!!!
T.The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my Track next fix.

Thanks T ! I try to be a big part of my kids lives. Life is too short. I think between my wife and daughter they have driven the Vette more than I have ! It was a great birthday. My wife got us tickets to see aerosmith and cheap trick. Can't wait.
