  • Benchmark Tuning End of Season Dyno Day

We are hosting a dyno day on Saturday, November 20th, as an end of season deal. Come out and see what your car makes before you put it away for the winter, or to make sure everything is running properly in the changing weather!

Cost is $25 for 2 Pulls with wideband and boost plot (if needed).
$25 for an extra pull after the initial 2.

Sign up for a Tune during the dyno day and get $100 off! Regardless of if your already getting $100 off from labor or not! That would mean a $200 protune if you sign up and get something done while your at it!

    See you then!

Sounds like fun, if I don't duck out to the track I'll be there.

This is a different event. We have been really busy at the shop and so we couldn't make an official Chicago 5th Gen. event, so we decided to make a dyno day for everyone.

The hours are 10am-Close and we close late so everyone will be able to get a few pulls off.

        Thanks,
        Eugene

          Count me in!

My Car is currently at Performance Unlimited near McHenry getting a STS kit installed on my 2LT. They seem like a very good shop, but they are old school, they don't have a dyno. My car will only have the kit tune, so I am very curious to see what it will dyno at. I am planning to stop in about noon.

I think the first amendment gives him that right.

Posts like this is why I have no intention to become a member...

While I think it's of great benefit that non-members can, and are welcome to contribute to the C5G forum and participate at most events, I have to agree with Huggerorange73 on this one. C5G sponsors may occassionaly create events especially for C5G members which may not be available to the general public. Non-members need to respect that, but they always have the option of becoming members and taking full advantage of all benefts.

I agree some things should not be said but the way he is approaching it is crappy.

The purpose of this organization is to provide a positive experience to owning a fifth gen and associate with other membes who also own a fifth gens. Those individuals that can not respect that in the posts that they put up will not be allowed to post anylonger on the site. Seriously, everyone needs to think about what they say and how it looks in print before they say it. You know who you are and you all have the option to voluntarily remove your post before the Board brings this conduct up at a meeting. And please note my request is not in a singular version.

Before you determine my approach, you had ought to look into others history of postings not only here, but on multiple sites.

Actually contributing worthwhile information is the goal here is it not?

                          You can't become a member, it's a 5th gen car club........

Anyways the people who are not members or a contributing member of this forum need to realize they are guests here and we have a comitee set up to handle club business. It's not their busniess in the first place.

I appologize to Benchmark for this turn of events in their post. It will be cleaned up shortly.

This is how we find out about this? There needs to be a turbo install thread started ASAP we minute by minute photos and updates. I can't wait to see this. And Dan, make sure to add a FI section to the V6 fast list, I will not be able to fend this one off.
